Delivery policy
Every Arkdox product is a digital download. There's nothing to ship and no delivery charge.
How you receive your files
- As soon as your payment succeeds, your download link is emailed to the address you used at checkout, along with your GST invoice.
- Please enter your email address carefully at checkout, as the link is sent only by email.
- Files come as a ZIP folder containing Word, Excel, PowerPoint or PDF files, as listed on each product page.
Delivery time
Delivery is instant in almost all cases. If you haven't received the email within 30 minutes, check your spam or promotions folder. If it still hasn't arrived within 24 hours, write to contact@arkdox.com with your order number and we'll send the files manually.
Download limits
Download links stay active for [number] days and can be used up to [number] times. Save a copy of your files somewhere safe. If a link expires, contact us and we'll reissue it.
Updates
When we revise a kit you've bought, we'll email you the updated version at no extra cost.
What you need
A computer with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint (2016 or later recommended) or a compatible program. Some Excel automation and formatting may not work fully in Google Sheets, Numbers or LibreOffice.
