Returns and Refunds Policy
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a product has been purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
Exceptions
We will assist if:
- The downloaded file is corrupted or inaccessible.
- The delivered product differs materially from its published description.
- Customers must contact us within 48 hours of purchase. After verifying the issue, we will provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution.
Refunds Are Not Available For
- Change of mind
- Lack of technical knowledge
- Failure to read product details
- The existing refund policy is otherwise clear.
