How do I pay, and do I get an invoice?
Pay securely at checkout with UPI, cards or net banking. Your download link and a GST invoice arrive by email straight after payment.
Can the invoice show my firm's name and GSTIN?
Yes. Add your firm name and GSTIN at checkout. If you forget, email us within 30 days with your order number and we'll reissue the invoice.
Is my payment secure?
Payments are handled by a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway over an encrypted connection. Arkdox never sees or stores your card, UPI or bank details.
Do you offer bundles or studio pricing?
Buying three or more kits, or equipping a larger team? Write to us and we'll send a bundle quote.

What do I actually receive?
A ZIP download of editable Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint files, organized in folders by project stage. You can open them straight away with no setup.
Which software do I need?
Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint 2016 or later, on Windows or Mac. Word and PowerPoint files also open in Google Docs and Slides. Excel workbooks work best in Microsoft Excel, as some formulas and formatting behave differently in Google Sheets, Numbers or LibreOffice.
Can I put my own studio branding on the documents?
Yes. Logos, colors, letterheads and footers are all editable. Replace ours with yours once and save the files as your own templates.
Do the Excel workbooks handle GST?
The Interior Fit-Out Cost Estimator and the Advanced Practice Control & Quality Assurance Toolkit include GST workings in quotations, invoices and contractor billing. Check rates against current notifications before issuing invoices.
Are the agreements legally vetted for my state?
They are professionally drafted starting points. Have a lawyer review contracts for your jurisdiction and the size of the project before you rely on them. See our Disclaimer.

Can I use the kits for more than one project?
Yes. Use them on every project your studio takes on, for as long as you like.
Can I share documents with clients and contractors?
Yes, share completed documents such as a signed agreement or a filled-in BOQ. Please don't share, resell or upload the blank templates. The full rules are in our Terms.

Will I get updates?
Yes. When a kit you bought is revised, we email you the new version at no extra cost.
I lost my download link. What now?

Can I get a refund?
