Built inside a working studio
Arkdox did not start as a product. It started as the internal folder of a working design practice in Pune — the letters, agreements, BOQs and trackers that accumulated project after project, refined every time something went wrong on a site or a client call.
Over the years that folder became a system: numbered like a drawing set, aligned to German and Swiss documentation conventions, and tuned to the realities of Indian practice — GST workings, contractor billing, society NOCs and fee benchmarks included.
Arkdox is that system, cleaned up and made editable, so another studio does not have to spend the same years building it from a blank page.

The people behind Arkdox
Arkdox is founded and maintained by a small team of practicing architects and interior designers in Pune, Maharashtra. Every kit is drafted from live project work, tested on real clients and sites, and revised when practice teaches us something new.
We answer our own email. When you write to hello@arkdox.com, you reach the same people who drew the documents.
