When you buy a kit or write to us we collect your name, email address, billing details and order history. We also collect basic, aggregated usage data to keep the site fast and reliable.

We use your details to deliver your files, issue invoices, provide support and send product updates you have asked for. We do not sell your data to anyone.

Card and UPI details are processed directly by our payment gateway over encrypted connections. Arkdox never sees or stores your full payment credentials.

We use a small amount of local storage for things like your cart and theme preference. No advertising trackers are used on this site.

You may ask us at any time to confirm, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you by writing to hello@arkdox.com.

Order records are kept as long as Indian tax law requires. Support correspondence is kept for up to three years.
