Delivery policy
How and when your files arrive.

01Instant delivery
All Arkdox products are digital. As soon as your payment is confirmed, download links are shown on screen and emailed to the address you provided.
02What you receive
Each kit downloads as a folder of editable files in the formats listed on its product page — Word, Excel, PowerPoint or PDF. Nothing physical is shipped.
03If a link does not arrive
Check spam and promotions folders first. If the email is still missing after 30 minutes, write to hello@arkdox.com from your purchase email and we will reissue your links, usually within one working day.
04Link validity
Download links remain valid for at least 12 months. Updated versions of kits you own are added to the same link at no charge.
